I ask becuase I have been having some nightmarish trouble resulting from either that or the O2 sensor I got, its been bogging down and losing power like a blown headgasket, and when i say bog, I mean it isnt even firing while going 70mph, but when I gave it more than 3/4 throttle it was all there. let alone having to get on and off the gas every quarter second to keep at speed and if I tried to hold steady gas it would stop firing and bog or I would literally watch my tach go insane and up and down from the engine going bat**** crazy and backfire worse than a popcorn machine, and that is not an exageration.

Put the original O2 back on and unplugged the vacum line to the intake off the EGR and plugged a bolt in the line, now it runs fine again minus a little more pinging than usual.

If I wanted to do it I would remove the EGR, trace its outline on some sheet metal and cut/drill it out. Then replace the EGR with the sheet metal in between it and the mount.
