i need help fast, i got a 92 Dodge Dakota 5.2 4x4 and my transfer case is messed up and clunks constantly.

I need to know whatmodels are compatible


and i know the newer model dont have tha CAD system but i am not worried about that right now and will convert in to a manual operated CAD later on.

What year Transfer case and model number would bolt directly into my truck???

NP231D From Dodge Dakotas, Rams.
92-93 with the switch vacuum for the CAD.

272 Ratio

i am looking for a replacement chain and am not sure which one to get.

Anyone know where to get one cheap??

 

Just get a rebuild kit for your truck, I believe Napa has a good rebuild kit.
