Smile 2wd help 96 dakota

alright right now I am running stock height, but its too low for me. I was wondering if I want to run 30 or 31 inch tires what would be best lift. i also want it to be level or slightly higher in front. and will there be any rubbing of tires?

coil spacers and leaf?

coil spacers and body lift?

something else?
