Ive been burning threw switches all year, i've installed 3 new switches in the past 12 months. I was replacing the last one yesterday and noticed that the connector for the H terminal had been melted. I believe this is a grounding issue but from a little research seems like its not terribly uncommon.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks guys.

See this thread. You'll need to install relay's for your lights, as Dodge didn't install relays from factory.
