94 5.2 mods?
Hey,
My buddy has a 94 slt ext cab 2wd 5.2 w/ auto. He wants to do some mods on it and is wondering were a good start is. I was thinking a 5.9 tb, filter, headers, catback, and a good tune up with good plugs and wires(cap and rotor of course). What do you guys think? I personally have a 2 gen dak so, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Yes that is a good start, except both V8's use the same throttle body. But larger bore TB are available on Ebay or from Fastmans.
It also depends on what he wants out of it and how much time/money he wants to put in.
The smaller things would be to do the Kegger mod on the intake or just get a performance one, to 1.7:1 Roller Rockers to performance PCM.
A little larger things like a Cam swap to performance heads or just larger valves.
To large things a 5.9 Magnum swap easy to do drops right in. To stroking out the 5.2 into 390 or get a 5.9 and stroke it to a 408. Or get a big block or a Hemi.
The FAQ2 here in the 1st gen has tons of performance options and the links for where to buy.
