Default 96 not starting

I have a 96 with 3.9 and 5spd. Cranks fine but not starting. No spark and no voltage to the coil.

I've replaced the ignition switch and key cylinder.

I've removed all traced of my old alarm system. Checked the fused under the dash and well as looked for damaged wires under the dash.

Under the hood I took off all the tape on the harness that runs from the firewall to the relay box and took out my washer fluid tank. I've swapped relays to see if it was the ASD relay. I've takn out the crank sensor but not replaced it and same with the cam sensor in the distributor.

I've ordered a new ECM that will arrive on Wednesday as a last resort. My check engine light does not come on but all the other lights work and so does the cig lighter - all fuses seem fine.
I cannot get a reading using my OBDscanner - failure to connect.
I've also check the fuses in the relay box. At this point I'm stuck

Thanks
Adam

so did you put the crank and cam sensors back where they belong? Itll never start if those arent in place and "good" (not burnt out)

I put the old ones back in. I have no way to test them. But even is they were bad, I should still be able to read codes of the computer I would think or am I wrong?
