New Guy with New Buy - Modding my 93 Dakota LE Cream Puff
Time to join up here, I just picked up another Dakota, my third one and definitely a charm. I needed to get something to replace my rotted out '95 with 200K on the clock so I spent 4 hours on the road to score this sweet little gem with only 51K on the clock and minimal rust:

You can see my '95 in the background, the only good sheetmetal that remains on that one is the hood and the bed cap so I'll save those and the drivetrain etc once it comes out of daily driver service this spring.
Plans and projects for the '93 are already underway. We starting with upgrading the original catalyst and muffler (see separate thread HERE) and will include some minor bodywork later to fix rust at top of windshield. Other than that, she'll be my DD for a while and a work in progress. I think with the strong running 5.2, she has the makings of a decent sleeper.
