Hey everyone, so the other day the bracket that is welded to the frame and connects to the control arm rusted out and snapped! Does anyone know what this mount is called and/or where I could order a replacement one so I can have someone weld it in?

 

That look nasty. There is no replacement part for the frame. Your best to find a welding shop and get it fixed. There are mobile welders that can do it too.

 

I believe the only thing that connects to that bracket that tore is the shock, isn't it? If the shock had enough force to rip that steel apart, it must be pretty corroded. Before fixing it, you may want to give your entire frame a once over to see if the corrosion is pretty bad in other spots, as this may be a sign of things to come.
