Compression test - max PSI

From what I have read, my v6 3.9L 1992 Dak should have "over 100psi" per cylinder but I am curious to know what the "max" is in the sense, what is the out of the factory or rebuild PSI?

My guess is 170psi or so. Anything over 100psi is still good.
