Default front suspension question

are the brackets located under the upper control arms that have a bump stop necessary? mine are pretty bad.. anyone sell replacements? wondering if better off getting another dakota to swap all my stuff on to instead...

mine all fell off in my driveway(unfortunate enough to not have them fly off on the road) same thing with my 93. haven't noticed a difference in handling or anything hitting when going around a turn or hitting a big bump in the road.
