name of the piece that goes between the pitman arm and tie rod?

name of the piece that goes between the pitman arm and tie rod?
Anybody have the name of it or a part number? It looks like the same thing that is pressed into the tie rod ends, but it is pressed into the pitman arm. Do i have to buy a whole new pitman arm?
