Default Turn Signal Electrical issues

Hello guys, been a while since i posted in here.
I seem to be having an Inter-mitten Electrical Issue with my Left turn signal.
Ive been noticing the last few times Ive driven it that when i try the left signal, the light on the dash does not come on and the Flasher does not engage. i checked outside and the lights don't come on at all when this happens.
I know people might say to check the switch in the steering column, but Ive jiggled it around 100s of times trying to get it to work when it isn't, only for it to randomly start working again later.

The Bulbs are LEDs and they all function Properly. I swapped my Flasher unit with the one for the blinkers (they are both load independent 552s) and the light in the dash is fine.
The weirdest part of it is this. If i turn on the Hazard lights while the issue is present, All four hazard lights function, but the left signal light on the dash does not.
I dont think this is a fuse issue, as it wouldnt be intermitten as this and LEDs don't draw enough power to burn them up anyways. I know none of the relays in the PDC are for the lights but that the signals have one somewhere?

I don't really want to get pulled over for a signal problem only to tell the cop that the light works and that there is some sort of electrical problem preventing the signal from functioning, So where should i look?

Thanks
Nemesis
