Default Won't Start When Cold

We have been battling with this 92 Dak of ours for a few years now. It's a 2 wheel drive, 5.2, it has just over 85,000 miles on it. We live up in Canada and as soon as the temp drops to around freezing it just will not start, just cranks over and even when you cycle the key back and forth. On the other hand if you plug it in for a couple of hours it will start right away (that is unless the temp goes down really low). We have replaced all 3 temp sensors, CPS, coil and pick up coil, gas regulator, new battery and alternator, the ignition lock has been replaced recently and likely other things I am not even thinking about right now. When it is cold and you turn the key on you do not hear the relay ticking. We have had a new Carter Fuel Pump here for awhile now and think we will probably put it in now. If anybody has any ideas, would appreciate hearing them. And, oh yeah, it is not flashing a code. Thanks

We were in a wrecking yard today and there is a 92 Dak there 5.2 and thinking about taking the computer off it and trying it on our Dak. Never changed one of these before, do we just disconnect the battery and swap them or is there something else we should know? Thanks

yeah pretty much and then drive 20 miles without shutting the truck off...and while you're at it might as well grab all the relays and fuses. small enough to fit in your pocket and you wont have to buy them at the store.
