Default 35 inch tires?

Has any one rolled around on some 35s? I bought a truck that originally had 35s on but he had to beat the living hell out of a body mount and the inside of the wheel well to make clearance. I want 35s but I'm not beating up my truck

I now have 35's, with the Solid Axle swap of coarse. With a Dana 44 front axle which I had to get new rims with less backspacing to keep the tires from rubbing on tight turns. The rear is the stock Chry 8.25 axle and it has handled them so far. But I haven't done any hardcore offroading with them, just mild trail riding.

There have been a few stock trucks with 35's that I have seen on www.Cardomain.com
From what I can remember they had to use wheel spacers to offset the wheels.
