Foglight Bulb Question
Hello everyone in getting my 90 Dakota convertible fixed I am a fan of Retro Solution bulbs. That being said the fog lamps on my 90 convertible have both bulbs burned out. In a thread posted here:

I see that the bulbs I need are the H3 style bulbs. On retrosolutions site they have an H3 bulb but, the lowest listed (non-HID) is 65W. The factory bulb according the link is 12V/55W. I also see in that same thread a 24V/70W bulb is posted but, not sure if that is accurate for the Dakota application?
Anyways, what is your take on running the 65W bulbs? Would I be safe? These are non HID bulbs. As crazy as this sounds I am buying them because of the 6k color and because I've had OK luck out of their bulbs I've used. Thanks in advance.

Well, I went ahead and ordered them. Looks the wiring should be able to handle it. Looks like a .7 increase in the Amperage on the wiring. Next up at some point next year; Cree LED backup bulbs I hope.
