Looking for coil spring spacers, didn't realize there was a whole assortment.

Wanted to know which type do you recommend? Material and brand wise. Also would like for you to share experiences with them, like, how your truck felt after installation, how long they last before needing to be changed, general wear and tear, coil compressor mishaps...et cetera. Thanks.
