Default new(to me) pcm gave up the ghost?

I was working on my 91 trying to get it running and I think the pcm died.
I was chasing a short that caused my wipers to run instead of the fuel pump and injectors. I resoldered all the splices to eliminate them from the list and my fuel pump and injectors started working normally.

but I still have no spark. so I check the voltage at the asd relay. not sure if I did this right.
blue/yellow wire-.01v
dark blue wire- 12v
green/black wire- 2v
red wire- 12v

at the distributor
grey/black wire- 12v
orange wire- 15v?
black/blue(or white)- 7v

at the coil
black/blue(or white)- 7v
gray/black- 4.5v

now I have all the cel codes coming on intermittently and my fuel pum and injectors wont shut off

that was with the key on.
any ideas?

Check for 12v at the coil on the green wire (momentary 12v when key is turned on, constant when cranking) and check for signal at the grey coil wire. Put the test light on a 12v source and the tip on the grey wire. It should flash when cranking.

i dont have a green wire on my coil, it doesnt flash when cranking and it doesnt even get near 12volts.

i also added onto my original post about the fuel pump and injectors not turning off anymore and i'm getting every single code intermittenly now.

and both the old pcm and new pcm do this.

tomorrow i'm getting a magnum v6 with pcm and wiring to install
but i wanted to fiddle with this one till then.

AFAIK you should get constant 12v on one and flashing on the other.
