Default 1996 dakota horn not working

Ok so a few weeks ago my horn and tach stopped working so checked the relay and it tested bad so I replaced it and still nothing wants to work checked all my fuses under hood and dash and all checked out good so what could be the problem? And if anyone has a pic or diagram layout of the under dash fuse box that would be great

The horn relay is on the fuse panel under the dash. Probably yours has lost it's smoke and needs to be replaced. You can get a replacement at O'reilly's, Autozone, etc. for about $7 as I remember. Manny, Moe, & Jacks may even have them.

The horn/tach fuse is located under the dash #6 15 amp blue fuse.

If you have any other questions about this there is a ton of info in the faq 1 section at the top of the listed threads in this first gen dakota section.
