Default 92 Magnum TPS testing

got a code 24(tps out of range) today FINALLY got some friggen codes out of this truck, but either im retarded or just typing something wrong but i cant find specific values for minimum voltage... ones says 200millivolts, another says 1.2 volts min and 4.8 seems to be accross the board for max... also read its adjustable but it aint.. so confused...

anyone know the MIN(idle) voltage for sure cause im @ 0.75 and input voltage is good ..

I don't know the exact spec, but I've always considered anything under one volt and anything over four volts to be acceptable. Move the TPS slowly through it's entire range and watch for "hiccups" on the voltmeter, too.

yea well i let it sit overnight tested first thing in morning 0.04 hit throttle it went up to 4.7 WOT ... let off and went to 0.76 .. in middle were it usually sits i stuck rubber block in the butterly to hold it steady and resistance test showed fluctuation, and voltage showed fluctuation with it held steady so for the sake of 50 bucks locally il swap it and see what happens ..

ALSO yesterday it stalled at a set of lights... had to hold it to the floor to start otherwise wouldnt start now i got code 24...
