Default my CPS broke while replacing torque converter.. got spark back but it keeps stalling

I replaced my Torque Converter, but after replacing it it wouldn't get spark to the coil,so I found the CPS broken from its bracket, and deep in the flywheel housing for it.. I replaced it,and it drove ok for 5 days until it stalled out on me,which I could feel it wanting to the whole 5 days.. Now I can crank it,and itll go,but stall out once warmed up,then it wont crank til time has passed.. I did however find a rubber/foamish elbow looking thing that seems to me would hold the CPS when it is slid into the hole to read the flywheel.. It is a 94,3.9.. Any thoughs or suggestions would be awesome as it is my way to work, and been hell with it down 2 months time now.. Thomas
