Default Twinkling gas gage

Just around a quarter in the tank (says my gas gage) it starts to "twinkle" or flutter I guess. It does go to full when I fill it and other wise acts normal. Is this a sign of my pump going or just the float?

Just the sending unit - and maybe not that - it may be whatever's used for the "anti-slosh" on it.

I wouldn't worry TOO much about it. Good news is, I found it's fairly easy for two people to pull a stripped 8' bed to get to the fuel pump / sending unit combo when my fuel pump quit.

Thanks for the info! I've already don't a body lift so pulling the bed shouldn't be too bad I'll just wait for the pump to **** the bed I guess aha
