Default Coolant leak problem

I recently had my transmission in my '92 dodge Dakota overhauled. When I went to pick it up I started the truck and filled the radiator (which I knew had a leak before I sent it in). It wouldn't hold water, but was leaking much more rapidly than it had been before (before it leaked out of a small pin-hole in the back of the radiator). I looked underneath and the water was literally pouring out of the transmission from what looked like a bolt attaching the engine to the chassis. Is there any way the guy who rebuilt it forgot to tighten a bolt that would cause such a massive water leak? I've taken a picture of the bolt and will post it in a reply.
