yea I used a piece of threaded rod and a coupler, relocated it higher, otherwise the shifter handle hits the trim and can pop it in and out of 2wd (remember its tight against and reving tourque causes movement.. )

also the gear shifter linkage needs lengthening if haven't already done .. then redrill bumper brackets 2 inches higher to relocate bumper higher and so on.. lol

yea just screws off... when doing the box make sure u just loosen one side but don't remove bolt.. cause when u jack up otherside to put in spacers... box will slid off(don't ask) lol

I just left my lever like that. Infact, the only thing i adjusted after my 2" body lift was my shift linkage.

Should probably move around my ebrake lines. lol

EDIT: Also had to trim my fan shawl

actually in the kit they tell you to trim the plastic but I choose to lift it up 2 inches.. was easy costed me 5 bucks for a stud(threaded rod) and a coupler... my shifter was hard enough to pull as it was lol
