Default 1992 Dakota 4x4 LE, Poor running

Have a 1992 Dakota LE with the V6. Recently replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil and PCM. Truck seems to idle well, but feels like its missing, bucks occasionally when traveling above 30mph, however there is no major fluctuation of the tach; at idle it seems fairly smooth. Do not have any cel's/maint required lights on the dash. Have yet to hook a scantool onto the SCI port, but Im not expecting much. There don't appear to be any vacuum leaks I can hear/see/easily detect. Is there some place specific to start in order to find out if its a fuel injector/or what cylinder might be out of time/not firing?
