Unhappy Negative Battery Terminal Ground??

Whats up guys,

I am installing the last parts after a long engine overhaul . I disconnected the negative terminal from the battery and removed the ground. I completely forgot where the ground bolts to, and can't find any info on it. If anybody could specify, or a picture that would be awesome. Thanks

just looked at my 2001 dak V6. stock mostly. the ground cable is on bolt / stud. going to the front of the left head. a power steering pump bracket is next to the head with a nut holding it with a plate on top of that with the ground cable and nut last. in general chrysler used the cyl head was used mostly for ground, on most V engines. one time i put a ground wire on the points in my 300 L. the points lasted much longer.

Yes, generally a large ground will go to the motor, if there is a 2nd wire it should go to the body. There is always room for improvement, so if you have an extra large gauge wiring around beef up the ground to the motor is possible, but at least the one to the body.
