Default ABS (or lack thereof?)

So...my truck is a '92. It is my understanding that all '92+ trucks have at least rear wheel ABS and optional 4 wheel ABS. My ABS light and brake light are on. I popped the hood and compared to the pics from the FAQ's link, it looks like I have no ABS module at all. Even weirder is that in both fuse boxes there are no fuses for the ABS. Where they should be are just open slots, not even any metal electrical connectors, just plastic holes. I couldn't seem to find the electrical connector that would have gone to the ABS either.

I am in Canada so maybe ABS wasn't standard until later here? That still doesn't explain why the lights on the dash are on then? Anybody know what might be going on here?

ABS Sensor atop rear differential. Unplug connector. Remove 1 bolt. Install new sensor.

I learned something today...the '92 Dakota rear antilock system is a different setup. The modulator is near the back of the frame instead of directly under the master cylinder like on my '93. I'm thinking, but I'm not sure, that the ABS relay is for front wheel ABS, which you don't have. This is where yours should be.

Interesting. I'll take a look under the truck next time I can bring it inside at my work. It's really snowy and slushy here right now!
