Default 93 dakota 318 misses while maintaining speed

I have a 93 dakota with a 318 and at part throttle with not much of a load on the engine, as in maintaining speed on a flat stretch of road, it misses pretty bad. If i let off the throttle a tiny bit the miss goes away or if i give it just a little more gas it goes away. Also the problem is not there at all if im climbing a hill while maintaining speed or accelerating at all. The only thing i have done is check for vacuum leaks and pulled the iac and cleaned it and the port. Any help is appreciated.

Check your plenum gasket. Take air cleaner off and open butterflys on the throttle body and look for oil inside the intake. If their is the gasket is shot and this is your problem. Its a real common issue on our trucks.

Along with checking the plenum, start with a full tune up since you don't mention you did that. Plugs, wires, rotor, cap, PCV valve, etc.
