Default Possible fuel pump issues...

1994 Dodge 3.9 200,000 miles. Does this pic look like the original fuel pump?

Hard to tell the pump is in the tank. What you pic'd is the nut that holds pump in the tank and the fuel line.

Right, the top of the pump. From what I can gather, the OEM Chrysler pump has the steel cylinder on top. The Delphi and others do not.

What are the chances an OEM pump was replaced with the same?

If it was done by a Dodge dealer, the chances are excellent.
