Default 93 3.9 no power to fuel pump

To get folks to speed looked at the FAQ for fuel pumps. I have 12 volts at the relays so I don't think its the fuse link. When I disconnect the battery and reset the computer the truck will start and run for a few seconds the it dies no fuel. Replaced the fuel before this so I know its good. Any ideas PCM something else? I have the dodge manual but its proving not to be much help. Before it died I was only getting partial power. I had and engine bay fire back in September had to repalce the wiring harness but the PCM looked undamaged as it was on other side of the engine bay it was running fine till recently.

Default update

Found out new pump was bad so I put old pump in. When cold the engine develops full power but once warmed up I can only 4 grand and a loss of power. I've changed the O2 sensor and the PCM but still have the same issue. It looks like when it goes to closed loop mode. Could the intake air temprature sensor cause it to go lean?

Red out the PCM only one code 33 A/C clutch relay. Any ideas would a vacuum leak cause a lose of power?

So I ordered a precise performance fuel pump off of Rockauto back last February. Truck starts dying for no reason last month start running through the normal culprits, vacuum leaks, cap and rotor coil wire no luck. So while I was running the truck and pinched the fuel line then the pressure drops truck dies and now I can fully pinch the line shut. New fuel pump **** up. It was kind of a hassle dealing with Rockauto on the return as the new pump did not come with fuel tank vent elbow even though the one I purchased in February came with one, and the picture on the site still shows it on the pump housing. Note: no makes this elbow anymore so keep the one you have or your gonna be junkyard hunting for one.
