Default '94 - ASD relay splice

SO I have narrowed my problem down to the ASD not getting voltage. It receives no power to terminal 30. I have looked for the splice to maybe re solder that back, but I can't seem to actually find the correct splice. I have followed the wire from terminal 30 to right underneath the washer fluid container, and no where does it splice with any other wires.

I am stumped as what to do next.

Which motor do you have? The FSM shows where the splices are supposed to be, and shows a lack of splices for the 2.5 I4 for that wire.

Well, the 1995 FSM does, don't know about the 1994 since I don't have it, but if you're chasing wiring, you really, REALLY need it to let you know what color and size wire you're supposed to be chasing.

I do have the 4 cyl engine. So does that one not have the splice? What else could be causing this problem? It has the exact symptoms that the splice causes.

Follow the wire to the fuse that feeds it.

Again, the 1994 MAY be spliced, but it's not on the 1995 according to the FSM.

I'd recommend getting a FSM so you can know what color wire, and where it goes, for troubleshooting.
