Any recent brake work done? Year? Mileage? 2 or 4WD? 2 or 4 wheel ABS? More info is always helpful.

Take it to a service center, brakes or dealer.they can turn it off with a plug-in.

I been doing some more troubleshooting and I noticed that I have no electrical connector for fuse number 4 for under the dash fuse box and I also don't have a spot for the abs relay under the hood. any ideas why is that normal

When I had this issue, it was the fuse for my brake lights. Have you checked that out yet?
