I believe i finally figured out why water was getting into the oil. I again removed the front cover took a batter filler bulb filled it with water and kept putting it in the large hole on the left until it started coming outthe screw holes.i them removed the oil pan bolt no water.i did the same on the right side it would never fill up i then shined a flashlight in the opening of the oil pan and i could see water dripping inside .i the removed the oil pan bolt and water gushed out. It's cracked internally somewhere.i have been loseing some water periodiacally and have had to add to the overflow bottle .i guess it decided to open up while i was replacing the timing chain.time to junk it out for $200.
