Looks like the little wheel froze up and the passenger door cracked at the lower hinge. What is the easiest way to fix this? Does the front fender need to come off to get the door off? Can a plate be tacked on? Thanks.

 

I'd plate the door. And no, the fender does not need to come off to remove the door, on my 95, I believe I pulled the pin out of the hinge? But its been years so I don't remember well.
