Default Back to Sq. 1 (Again)

So after saying **** It and continuing on with the cosmetic repairs, I've decided to come back and make my truck live again... for the 5th time. This complete POS has had 5 fuel pumps since I've owned it and not a single one will work properly. I finally redid the wiring from the relay panel to the pump so I know for fact there are no ground issues. Something I haven't noticed is the fuel pump works fine ONLY if the BRAKE! and ABS light are off. If they're on, that's when things get ****y. Power is getting to it ALL times the ign is on, signal is coming from the float unit, it's a BRAND NEW Delphi replacement from a Dodge dealership. I've already replaced the pressure switch and ABS diff sensor, front hubs (Kinda had to), brake light switch, and even E-brake switch, but for some reason it's tripping every 3rd or 4th time the truck runs. I don't mind electrical when it's not being a dirty lil' bitch at every corner, but I'm 5 sec from donating this to Smash Lab or Demo Ranch...

I wish I could help ya out man but I'm having similar jacked up electrical problems with my 96 Dakota.......I also have a 99 Durango with less than 100,000 miles that I've owned since new and since day 1 it hasn't been right......The Durango has had a torque convertor shimmy since I purchased it new......Dodge dealer never found any problems with it supposedly.....Wanders the road like 78 ford F350 and has since new......Cruise control only works when it wants to on both the 96 Dakota and 99 Durango......At about 60,000 miles the Durango started pouring out AC refrigerant at the rate of about 1 gallon per second.......Dakota also has the funky TC shimmy but luckily because of rack and pinion does not wander the road.......I have been OCD!!!!!! about maintenance as well, ONLY valvoline ATF4, trans fluid.....Valvoline semi or full synthetic on ALL fluids......Changed fluids before specified time.......Only half of the interior switches work on both vehicles but some days they all work fine........Durango is a 5.9 46RE but feels like a worn out chevy 305......actually, the 3.9 in my 2 wheel drive Dakota seems to have more power than the 5.9 rango........I'm still waiting on a reply as to why my cruise control stopped working on the 96 Dakota when I went through an under car wash.....oh, stereo also loses all power about 3 times a day in the Dakota....Comes right back on and works fine for who knows how long.......I'm at a loss honestly....haven't even bothered to change the slapping timing chain in the Dakota because I might dump this nightmare on someone other than me......Beautiful driftwood satin metallic truck with only 123,000 miles and absolutely no rust top or bottom but I don't feel like working on my vehicle every other weekend......I feel your pain
