Default Help please..

Hello Im new here, Im 18 years old and Im looking to buy my first car, I have my eye on a 94 Dodge Dakota Sport.
I was wondering if anyone could give me a few things to look for on Dodges to make sure everything running okay, looking at some post I can see alot of Dodges have 150+k Miles on them with there original engine and transmission..The one Im interested in is a V6 and has 106k miles.. Well Thanks for any help Im going to try to buy it today.

You can't go wrong with a Dodge. They, like all makes and models have had their problems but if you take care of a Dodge with regular maintanance and TLC, you should have a truck that is a pleasure to drive, show off, and ride in

Have the tranny checked, look at the fluid, if its brown and smells burnt, something is wrong. A common noise from the front of the motor is too much slack in the timing chain. Both of these problems usually come about 100K.
