Default My truck died!! I'm clueless!!

Okay, first things first, I will let it be known that my truck has the codes 21, (maybe 22, I might've counted wrong), and 27. I'm going to follow the wires coming from the injectors and whatnot to try and fix 27.

Anyways, yesterday, I went to work just like normal, but after work, I picked up my nephew and drove home, and it ran just fine! However, I left again to pay a bill, and it started dying out of nowhere! It used to do it before, but it was just really low on tranny fluid. I added some in and it fixed it before.

Now, I'm not low on fluid, but it died a few times. The first 3 times (in maybe a mile radius) it started right back up after. However, I parked it to go pay a bill, came out, went to start it again, and it did start but immediately died. Then, it wouldn't start any more.

So, I waited a few and tried to start it again and I heard a loud pop, like a backfire maybe. Not sure what it was. So after that, I stopped trying to start it and got it towed.

I got it towed to my house, pushed it into the back yard and started checking my plug wires to see if I was getting spark. I go to crank it and it started right up again. It felt like it might've gotten kind of hot, but I'm not sure. Any ideas on what could cause this?

21 is O2 sensor and 22 the engine coolant sensor. Here are some links to check out the 27. http://www.justanswer.com/dodge/2378...ottle-psi.html http://www.allpar.com/fix/codes/faults/code-27.html

It is at least one of the problems that might lead to your issue. I suggest you confirm whether or not its a 21 or 22 that came up. The O2 sensor might be part of the problem.
