92 dakota 3.9l spd

Put my transmission in from fixing the pivoting bolt. Now won't go into gear with the truck running. Only thing I did was fixed the pivoting bolt and put a master and slave cylinder in it.

It might have air in the slave cylinder or the slave cylinder push rod didn't get seated in the clutch fork.
