Post Motor and tranny mounts

So I'm buying some motor and tranny mounts because my engine and tranny lurch a lot when getting quickly off the clutch or accelerating. I see for the transmission (which is manual) there is upper left or right and lower left or right mounts. Does that mean I need four mounts for the tranny?

It appears that there's a mount from the transmission to the cross member bracket, and two pairs (total four) from the bracket to the cross member itself.

I'm getting the latter from parts diagram figure 9B-1150 (see the sticky in this subforum!) and the former from diagram 9B-1025 .

My suggestion?

Replace all five.

If you're not going to do that, grab just the big one (such as the Anchor 2954, but pick a brand you like); the others can be had for under $10 (shucks, even the Anchor makes it right at $20!) from RockAuto.
