Help me
I wouldn't eliminate it. The small amount of exhaust gases recirculated makes combustion more efficient and increases your mpg (slightly). There are block-off plates available, but then a new tube is only $40 or so.

I advocate fixing it. In spite of issues due to lazy engineering on some newer motors modern motors are more efficient and better than anything that came before. I advocate going with the stock setup unless there is a known improvement. I had a hard time finding one since you did not put the year but I found this link http://www.factorychryslerparts.com/.../53009189.html Now at least you have a part number to help your search. Edit DOH! palm forehead did not see the link ragged gave
