Hi guys! bought a dakota about two weeks ago in non-running condition. It's a 1995, 3.9 v6. it will crank but not start. wasn't getting fuel pressure so i put a new fuel pump in, along with an ignition coil. sometimes it will start and run for a minute or two, and then just cut off and won't start back up. anyone got any ideas on what could be wrong?

 

When it shuts off and won't restart are you missing fuel or spark? Really zero information to go on.

 

I'm getting fuel. Thinking it's a spark issue but I'll have to pick up a tester next payday to be sure. Splice under the fuse box has been repaired just to rule it out, as well as switching relays around
