ABS and Brake light won’t go out

You can pull codes from the ABS unit. There's a single black wire with a connector on the unit, secured to the trim under the dash. If you ground this wire, the ABS will flash a number of times giving you the code. The codes are listed on various threads here (I know, because I listed them). Search my username and you should be able to find the posts.

The ABS module should be tucked up and behind the glove box on the passenger side fender wall - interior.

In case you can't find them:
Codes for Dodge RWAL, Ford RABS and GM RWAL applications are similar but have a few differences depending on the year/make/model application. Here are some of the codes you may find when doing your diagnosis:
- Should not occur (replace the controller if it does)
- Open isolation valve circuit or defective ABS module
- Open dump valve circuit or defective ABS module
- Grounded or closed RABS or RWAL valve switch
- Excessive actuations of dump valve during ABS braking
- Erratic speed sensor signal
- Shorted isolation valve or defective ABS module
- Shorter dump valve or defective ABS module
- High resistance or open speed sensor circuit (resistance should be 1000 to 2500 ohms)
- Low speed sensor resistance (Dodge & Ford only)
- Open speed sensor circuit (GM only)
- Stop lamp switch circuit (Dodge & Ford)
- ABS module speed processor (Dodge & Ford only)
- ABS module program (Dodge & Ford only)
- ABS module RAM memory failure (Dodge & Ford)
