One speedo cable; your cruise control module is in the middle of it, causing there to be two cables (trans to cruise, cruise to speedo.)
(It's even kinkier in 1987; the VSS was between the cruise and the speedo! Yoinks!)

Ahh!! What if my cruise control does not work because of a broken cruise cable that goes to the throttle body. I need to look & see which cable goes to the throttle body.
