Default One wiper blade working...88 Dakota 3.9 V6

My driver side wiper blade is working but my passenger side is not working. I can see the spindle turning, but the arm will not move. This is a new wiper arm & I installed new linkage bushings & a "new" reman wiper motor back in August 2017.

New arm. Dorman? If so, that's part of the problem; look carefully at the "ridges" inside a brand new in box Dorman arm. They're crap. The ridges on the drive shaft are also worn due to age quite possible.

Between the two of them, ain't nothin' happenin'.

I had to pick some up out of the boneyard. Mine came off a Jeep in the FWIW department.

Yes, unfortunately it is a Dorman arm. Is there any solution other, by fixing the wiper arm I have now?

I have a similar situation, I've already had the driver's side arm fall off, the threads inside and on the spindle are shot. The passenger side is working on it. As of now they are both working, but they keep fluctuating how fast and where they come down, if that makes sense. So should I replace the whole thing or just the arms? If the whole thing, where should I get parts and how to replace?

Also, the passenger side washer nozzle isn't spraying.

Sorry to take so long, thanks
