EGR Valve code 32
just wanted to say if anyone is getting a code 32 egr valve and is on the fence about replacing it it is well worth it.
just replaced mine last night with a friend and wow what a difference on how the truck runs!!

fortunately haven't had problem with my EGR on any of my Dakotas that have had them..... that is one thing I like about my 96 there is no EGR valve to give me that issue, I like that.... all the older vehicles I have ever had, that have had EGR valves, (before they put computers onto them that tracked that sort of thing) I blocked the EGR valve off, and did away with them..... if there was a workaround that wouldn't light that light on the dash (which would drive me nuts) I would do the same on my 92.....

That’s the weird thing the cel never came on. But when I did the key dance thing to check the codes I would always get 32. I’m
Definitely glad I changed it. Runs like a champ and definitely is helping with mileage
not all codes possible for the computer to retain in memory will trip the light. Calif. models had more "possible" codes and a bigger percentage that would pop the CEL. the newer vehicles get, the worse they get, in that respect.
