Check out the wiring diagrams in the factory service manual in the sticky at the top of the forum.

But to answer you - the neutral safety portion of the quadrant switch is taken over by the clutch switch; the reverse lights are moved on the transmission; and you won't need the OD/TQ wiring. OTOH, the ECU will complain to you about the automatic not shifting right unless you also swap to a manual ECU on your truck. (How important that is to you is up to you; I'd swap, but then, that's not my money I'm spending for you.)

That's off the top of my head; the FSM will have the actual connectors and the wire colors needed.

yup. I thought I'd answered this either here or somewhere because I have done what you are wanting to do in my 93 that I wrecked.... I miss that truck. I wish I'd have had someplace to keep that 93 til I could harvest the trans and driveshafts so I could have transplanted them into the 92 that replaced it...... I still have the 92, I just got done overhauling the auto trans but wish I could find another 5 speed to have put back in instead...... not a lot of wiring conversion needed and will run fine on a computer meant for an auto trans up until and including 95.....
