1994 Drivers Door Latch

If I needed a door latch for either of my trucks I'd hit my local boneyard, as of last weekend they had at least a dozen 87-96 Dakotas out there..... and I can see he has moved the yard around a bit since my last previous trip, there were a handful more that are now gone. You pull, probably cost about $10-15. this isn't something that goes bad often.

Door Latch
Unfortunately in my area there aren't any Dakotas in the salvage yards, I've been to, or talked to every yard within a couple hours of here. I'm in Ontario Canada, anything that ends up in a yard up here that old tends to be rusted out and gets crushed pretty quick. Getting hard to find anything from pre 2000s up here with any good parts.

I can answer 100% for sure YEAH IT WILL!! I just put an 87 driver door on my 96 and used the same 87 latch that the door came with.... 1st year and last year of this series..... I thought both my replacement doors were missing their latch, but the "new" driver side door has its latch. only missing the one on the other side.
so as of today I have a spare for the driver side.
