will a console from a 02 dakota fit a 93 it says it will fit
1997-2005 Dakota
1998-2003 Durango

it list the first gen durango i was not sure if that would work or not it looks just like the one my mom had in her durango (an 00) and my friend that had a 98 durango both would be first gen so i think it would fit based on people saying the seat fit

 

If you are talking about the center console between the seats, then yes if you have late model seats bolted in your 93. There are four brackets that bolt to the inner undersides of each seat that support the late model consoles. As long as you install the seats the proper distance apart then the console will bolt right up.

 

On a second note, the Dakota seats are like what I described. The Durango console mounts directly to the floor on its own bracket. I'm sure it can be mounted if you drill a few holes.
