Default I have a 2010 Dakota

Everything works great on the truck but... while I am driving the rpm's won't go down. Example if I am going 45 mph the rmp's hang at 3000. Is it the sensor, need new filter and fluid ( it has 138000 miles ) or cylinoid?? Please help me out.

I dunno.

Have you considered asking in the 2nd or 3rd gen forums, not in the 1987-1996 1st Gen forum?
