Default 1990 lower control arm bushings

I have a 1990 Dakota 4wd 3.9L. It is in dire need of lower control arm bushings. Everyone has the upper bushings but no lowers. Any ideas?

Unfortunately no off-the-shelf options but most anything is possible with a Dremel!

replaced mine few yrs back but i cant recall how i went about dealing with the lowers. one thing i remember clearly is the top ones were a ***** to get out. almost seems i had to partially cut and crush it and even used a press. also i think i marked all the nuts and hardware on top so it didnt screw up my tire alignment to bad when i put everything back together
