Default driveshaft removal

im in the process of changing u joints and center support bearing. im not sure if the transmission will dump its fluid the second i remove the yoke and want to know if it will or not.

It won't DUMP it, but it WILL leak out the back.

Put a catch tray under the back of the transmission, and if possible, jack the back end up as high as possible and put jack stands under the axle before you pull the drive shaft. That'll minimize the drainage.
